Introduction

MUSCLE DIARY is my initiative.  I am tired of being unfit, of being fat, of being locked down by my body.  I want my body to do what my heart wants to do.

Why am I tired of being fat?

  1. Everything sticks
  2. Ingrowns
  3. I can't clean my belly button
  4. Bad/laboured breathing
  5. I don't look nice in my clothes anymore
  6. I get tired easily and am tired more often
  7. I have bad sex
  8. Low self-esteem
  9. Chaffed legs
  10. Stretch marks
So I need to take my life and health in my own hands and make changes.
